Hi Magan,

I am Dominique Davis, the CEO and founder of Community Passageways, a community based nonprofit organization. Community Passageways has a focus on serving communities of color in King County. We focus on dealing with the issues that racist institutions have put on our community over decades.

Technology is what drives the world today. This initiative is a chance to put us in the driver seat to develop our own economic power and develop our own technical skills to compete. Tech companies are now open to hiring people of color like never before and the words that we use constantly in the business world, in government, and in the community are Equity and Justice. This initiative will help companies and government entities opening the doors to economic development. I am super excited about this opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors and to be a conduit of funneling underrepresented people into an opportunity of success, knowledge, and skills.

I support this initiative and I will walk alongside my partners on this journey to build economic wealth in the black community. Economic will also equal safety in our community so I am 100% on board with this initiative and I want to thank you for your support on this journey with us.
