With 10 years building and managing teams across product, program, marketing, and engineering at five companies, she has a proven track record of guiding talent to success. At Americans 4 Equality, Lael will instruct on the areas of her expertise of Program, Product, and Marketing management. She will also be mentoring students selected from the cohort for internships, helping them gain on the job experience and preparing them for their next roles.
